Pilates

We are "At Sea" for a few days. I attended a lecture on Pilates. The lady from Amsterdam is helping me every other day with the Pilates exercises. This is something new for me, but I thought I would try it, in order to strengthen my back. I have also been eating no-salt, no-sugar at all meals. I guess there are Pilates exercises in Connecticut. In case there aren't, I guess I could do the modified exercises at home.

Hello Margaret!
Good to hear you are trying a new exercise method! Pilates is supposed to be very good for you!
I'm happy to report that Mary Simon # 8 is done! I have already started the next block. I also hope to prep a LotS block too. It is on the list for the spare minute slot...
Are you getting a bit done? What new ideas have you dreamed up since you began your journey???
Have a great weekend!
Hugs! Nel

Hi, Nel.
The Pilates method we are using is the bed with pulleys. I understand they use balls sometimes, but I think the most I can handle is the bed system.
Congratulations on finishing Mary #8! I have to prep another Mary when I get home as well as another Ladies of the Sea.
