Since I had already experienced "Norway in a Nutshell" (rail from Bergen to Myrdal, Flam Rail to Flam, Fjord steamer to Gudvangen off the Sognefjord, then by motorcoach up the steep Stalheimskeira to Voss, followed by rail back to Bergen), I decided to take the motorcoach trip to Laerdal.
