Patti's Work in Progress

Several of us are working on Sue Garman's "Ladies of the Sea" quilt. Patti, one of our applique ladies, decided to make dimensional flowers on this Viking ship pattern. The original called for a flat dimension. The dimensional flowers really have made this block "come alive". (Using the Ellen Heck "Lily-of-the-Valley" technique.)

Where can you learn Ellen Heck's techniques??? Does she have a book??? Love your blog and I am thinking about doing a LOTS
