Another "Random Act of Kindness"
We noticed some electric scooters near the elevators the other day. Jim, being the curious person he is, asked the front desk a few questions about how one would go about booking such a thing. He has some real walking problems this time since it is time for his pain treatments again, and he cannot have them until we return. The next morning the head of housekeeping came knocking on the stateroom door. "I have your scooter", he said. Jim told him he was just asking about the possibility of getting a scooter in the future and the costs involved. He was told that the scooter was his and that they wanted to see him using it. Cost? No charge. It really helps him when going from one end of the ship to the other.
