Deidre, Patience of a Saint (as they say)

I keep reflecting on all the wonderful applique ladies I met in Australia.

Deidre is one such lady.

(Thanks again, Deidre, for shuttling me back and forth to the Port of Brisbane!)

I hasten to add that Deirdre has probably finished both of the top quilts by now, and this is just a small portion of the applique work she has done, stitching each day with a goal in mind.
