Love Entwined (Bringing Up the Rear)

In case you haven't noticed, I jump around.
I liked the darker color blue in my zigzags, but it is heavier fabric and hard to work with (but I still love it).

After I got my zigzags down, then I felt like I could go back and proceed with other elements. I got the hearts done on both sides, and will work on the "oak leaves" etc. next.

Or, maybe I will finish the little flowers around the outside of the triangles first.
I will have the start of my surprise element to the quilt when I do the oak leaves applique. (You'll find out!)

I am hopeful that one day I will catch up. There is hope, I guess.
(Stitching from my bed.)

I just love the fabrics and the colours you have used in you compass, looks like the sun glowing as it goes down over the desert. Cheers Glenda
