Mary and I are both working on Esther Aliu's LE Coverlet from 1790.
We both belong to her Yahoo Group on the internet. This is a group which now numbers nearly 4500 members. Esther has left the patterns up for new members to enjoy making this special coverlet.
This week, Mary finished her 2nd detailed border side. (She has a color picked out for the interim 2 inch border between the zig zags, and yes, it is beautiful!)
I am still working on these 2 sides. It is quite a lot of fun, albeit time-consuming.
"Slow, but sure", as they say.
